Mary Ann Wilson started her passion for real estate as a young girl living in Kansas City. Instead of reading the comics, she found herself turning to the real estate section of the newspaper and that is how her love of real estate started. Growing up as one of ten children, she and her siblings found themselves working in the family businesses from a young age. Both parents were entrepreneurs and this set her foundation for a strong work ethic and a passion to serve others.
Mary Ann’s background includes building a technology consulting firm in NY and is the Owner NextHome Triangle Properties in Raleigh NC. She has lived in KS, MO, NY, NJ, MD, VA and she, along with her family, landed in the Raleigh North Carolina area in 1999.
With a BS in Business Administration and an emphasis in Finance, Mary Ann loves helping clients analyze their options for primary residential homes as well as investment opportunities. Mary Ann and her husband own several investment properties throughout the Triangle area.
Throughout her career, Mary Ann has focused on best practices and education. Her expertise includes creating systems which best serve her clients and agents, she has a proven marketing plan, and receives many accolades for her strong negotiation skills. She has earned several real estate designations, most notable are the CLHMS Guild designation for experience with Luxury Home Sales and the GRI Graduate Real Estate Institute, the highest designation awarded to real estate professionals.
Mary Ann focuses on serving clients, managing her brokerage, and coaching to help others create a successful career in real estate.
In her free time, Mary Ann is often found traveling the US and the world with her family or hanging out with her dog, Bo.
