Thanks for taking the time to read a little bit about who I am. My name is Tim and I am from Bangor, Maine. I currently live in Dedham with my wife Libby, daughter Charlotte, and our future son Hudson who we are expecting on May 20th of this year. My family and I love the outdoors, especially skiing in the winter and in the summer spending time at our Lake house and on our boat.
Prior to my career in Real Estate, I spent 9 years in the United States Air Force, 6 of which were on Active Duty and 3 in the Air National Guard! During my military career I was stationed in South Korea, Italy, Washington DC and did one tour of duty in Afghanistan! In 2013 I returned to Maine after my active duty time and met my wife Libby.
After a few years of coaching Year Round Baseball and working at my family’s restaurant in Bangor, I decided to jump into a career in Real Estate. I became an agent in 2018. In my first year in real estate with NextHome I received the Premier Sales Agent award and in my second year the Masters Club Agent Award. My third year was the year where I decided to truly spread my wings and fully expand in which I formed The Bush Group and started growing my team. In our first year as a team we were awarded with the Team Award of The Presidents Circle which we also reached in 2022 as well.
As an investor I have a handful of long term investments and a few short term AirBnB properties. I love investing in Real Estate and have plans to continue to grow my portfolio in 2023 and enjoy helping others grow their portfolios as well. I currently am enjoying the construction process and have a few properties that we are doing full renovations on to bring them back to their glory.
My passion in Real Estate started with providing for my family and helping family and friends with the dream of homeownership and truly embracing our NextHome Motto of Humans over Houses, but in the last few years it has also evolved to truly embracing Agent Development and Training. Being a team leader and helping my agents achieve and reach all of their goals, while seeing the families they help along the way has become the most amazing part of my career and I am looking forward to expanding that in 2023 with NextHome.
I have a passion for helping others and I enjoy collaboration. Seeing others success truly fulfills me and I can’t wait to see where our company grows to, because I believe with our mindset of Humans Over Houses and the collaboration we use everyday as NextHomies, the possibilities for our company are endless!!
